동진 FCP Series spray dryer는 각종 유기화학, 무기화학 또는 식품첨가물등의 건조에 적합하게 설계되어 있습니다. 유동성이 좋지 않은 powder에 대응하여 건조실 Cone 각도가 60°로 설계되어 있으며, Air Sweeper가 기본 장착되어, Chamber 내에서 분말이 잔류치 않도록 설계되어 있습니다.
ㆍ Spary-Air Contact
열에 민감한 제품에 적합한 co-current flow 스타일을 채택하여 열에 의한 제품의 변형이 없습니다.
ㆍ BAG FILTER
건조후 분말의 수거장치로 100%수거와 대기오염 방지를 위한 장치이며, 고온용필터를 사용해서 200°C 고온까지 운전이 가능합니다.
ㆍ WET SCRUBBER
공해 방지를 위해 사용하며, powder가 흡습성이 있어 Bagfilter를 사용할 수 없을 때 사용됩니다.
ㆍ AIR SWEEPER
흐름성이 없는 powder가 건조실 내벽에 부착되어 장시간 고온에 노출되는 것을 방지하여 주는 장치입니다.

AIR HEATER
